Most people say hgh is optimal for growth as a teen before your growth plates fuse, but after doing some research I found out that it can do the opposite effect and fuse your plates early, causing you to be stuck the same height. What are thoughts on this and does hgh work?

Hgh can indirectly lead to your growth plates being closed faster by spearing up puberty, hgh itself doesn’t close them faster. You can also just take an AI and don’t have to worry about that. I think hgh can grow you but there’s a limit set by your genetics that you won’t break.

There’s a chance you can grow again you need to get your bone age checked. As for the AI if you use it correctly you won’t get irreversible brain damage. Infact I bet you would have to be pretty retarted to get permanent brain damage.

Bro da my bad for being a dick. Your right tanked estrogen can be a problem if you use AI’s incorrectly(like very young) BUT you can use them safely as people get prescribed them(for height purposes). I would say only use them in the final/late stages of puberty to hopefully squeeze a few inches out. I also think running 4 iu of hgh is worth it if it’s all you can afford.
