On the other hand, they activate mTOR pathways a lot, mTOR is basically what lets your body age if I understand correctly.

it seems to be physiological and doesn’t accelerate run away growth. I haven’t read the study fully but it seems the mechanism isn’t understood well and it actually increases cardiac output,
