I think you're like 15-16%. Regarding what to do? There's just too many methods out there, I built my physique a way, other people did it differently and equal or maybe even better results than me. Just read the advice, and take what you feel makes more sense based on your knowledge and your goals.to bad you can just bimax and eye laser pigmentation and LL

If you genuinly want to look at the best hypetrophy science look at the list of content creators i listed of the first messagei ask for advice bc i dont know anything now there is a debate on rep ranges so idk what to believe
Ideally you should be doing low volume high frequency like FBEOD or U/L which allows you to hit each muscle group 2/3 times a week with minimal fatigue. But its really not that deep a PPL split will give you good results too but dont train with too high volume since that creates more fatigue relative to stimulus and you wont be able to recover as fast.i just care abt whatever give me fastest progress and is high volume
He became a Slave to LooksMaxxing instead of utilising it to his advantageclav
You actually fuckin piss me off please kysBecause you might injure your joints doing 4-6 reps on every set?
if i had money i get LL for sure.He became a Slave to LooksMaxxing instead of utilising it to his advantage
At your height it might be worth it but def not after 6’1if i had money i get LL for sure.

Show me one pubmed article where high load will injure youKnow your place
he doesn’t even have AR density for that shit to be effectiveOk blast 500 test 500 tren
No, you're confusing terminologies. Peripheral fatigue and muscular fatigue ARE caused by calcium ion accumulation and metabolite buildup. But central nervous fatigue is caused by high-intensity loads and low rep strength work because it has higher neural demands, that's also the same reason why this training method is better for strength.Theres litteraly more cns fatigue in a higher rep range set where more calcium ions can accumalate
NoShow me one pubmed article where high load will injure you
Ok blast 500 test 500 tren
blud thinks ik what any of that means when i just started researching 3 days agomf you need more androgen receptors and less myostatin, do injectable l carnitine with yk11 test and tren![]()
isnt 500 tren too much?he doesn’t even have AR density for that shit to be effective
Full body eod is my personal favorite split as a gymcel who claims to have high iqdoes anyone know a good split for someone like me who has never gone gym, 18 years old. 24inch waist, 5"11, 17inch bidelt. should i do full body?
@Clavicular @Orc

Holy fuck your joints wont snap from heavy weight your body gets stronger from itBecause you might injure your joints doing 4-6 reps on every set?
i like the idea of full body bc it takes a long time to doFull body eod is my personal favorite split as a gymcel who claims to have high iq
Nigga you can’t be serious, you look malnourished but considering roidshook me up with the source? is osgear good?

hi bro how you beenLook who it is!!!
Fucking excuses you’re not eating enoughmy body makes me lean, i never been not lean my whole life, i eat all the time.
Better after I deleted your threadhi bro how you been
Bro left out tren babyFbeod or u/l 2x frequency high load low volume 1-2 sets per excersise. Some gym creators to watch: TNF, keenanrmalloy, ryan jewers, trell bankston, paul carter and yo_talks. Some principals to follow: consistensy is key, diet and sleep. Atleast 1.5-2g proteins per kg bodyweight, rest 3-5 minutes between sets and do stable isolation movements and progressive overload.
so how my body not tell me to eat more then?Fucking excuses you’re not eating enough
that would mean i wasnt eating enough during puberty but my endocrinologist claIms i grew past my whole bloodline probally bc i was eating enoughFucking excuses you’re not eating enough
i had 2 donuts and a few bites of steak and dr pepper and 1 sip of water today? this is my daily diet ushallyFucking excuses you’re not eating enough
lots of volume will give cns fatigue and calcium ions is indeed peripheral fatigue yes mb but working with lower sets will be more benefitial as the first sets will have higher motor recruitment but as the sets continue you will experience cns fatigue leading to less motor unit recruitment thus leading to less effective sets as the muscle fibers wont experience mechanical tension. The outcome data on higher rep ranges are misleading as they are not backed by mechanics and has other errors like inflamation in results. But we have accurate data and meta analysis on rep range and what reps closest to failure will lead to mechanical tension and that has been concluded to be the last 5 reps so anything above that is useless and will accumalate calcium ions to the muscle fibers. No, you're confusing terminologies. Peripheral fatigue mechanism and muscular fatigue ARE caused by calcium ion accumulation and metabolite buildup. But central nervous fatigue is caused by high-intensity loads and low rep strength work because it has higher neural demands, that's also the same reason why this training method is better for strength.
Higher-Rep sets cause more peripheral fatigue, but less CNS fatigue. Low-rep work does the opposite.
Just to be perfectly clear, I'm not saying any is better, both will build muscle, but we have to be objective and say it's much easier to achieve hypertrophy while training with more reps, because among other things, you experience less fatigue and can train with higher volumes. I'm an athlete, I do BJJ, so I really can't afford to train with higher reps, I train with low rep strength-focused sets, but if I wanted to maximize how much muscle I was gaining I would definitely change my training style.
you can se from my avi that im extremely recessed? do you rlly think this was bc of diet?Fucking excuses you’re not eating enough
not so nice manBetter after I deleted your thread
MbBro left out tren baby![]()
