Whichever split you can program will work effectively as long as you are recovering properly. I would recommend FB every other day as it will give you a high frequency and maximize your gains.does anyone know a good split for someone like me who has never gone gym, 18 years old. 24inch waist, 5"11, 17inch bidelt. should i do full body?

SO i gotta test my 1rm prob before even starting my first day tommorow, bc i dont rlly remeber it, i just remember during wrestling practice i was not benching a lot of weight, like maybe around 100lbs i was repping when i weighed 130 at the timeAround 85%
