idk how much weight i should do and idk what is RIR but ill dm you
 
does anyone know a good split for someone like me who has never gone gym, 18 years old. 24inch waist, 5"11, 17inch bidelt. should i do full body?

Whichever split you can program will work effectively as long as you are recovering properly. I would recommend FB every other day as it will give you a high frequency and maximize your gains.

what % of my 1rm should i use for my sets?
 
Around 85%
SO i gotta test my 1rm prob before even starting my first day tommorow, bc i dont rlly remeber it, i just remember during wrestling practice i was not benching a lot of weight, like maybe around 100lbs i was repping when i weighed 130 at the time
 
i like the idea of full body bc it takes a long time to do
Nah fb eod doesnt take super long as you’re doing one set per muscle group. If you’re doing like a super maximalist all isolation routine than it can take a good amount of time but I personally do a good amount of compound lifts and am typically out of the gym in like an hour and 20 minutes tops
