spread the idea that Manuka honey is good for skin collagen and shit

Read my previous thread:

I did some more research and look what I found:
“The concentration of MG in manuka honeys is up to 100-fold higher than in conventional honeys. MG is a potent protein-glycating agent and an important precursor of advanced glycation end products (AGEs).”

This article also shows that topical honey can glycate the skin. (Well it’s talking about diabetic patients but I assume normal people would still be susceptible to some glycation)

Turns out manuka honey can reduce acne and is already being promoted for use on skin.

We just need to promote it more and age our competition through glycating their skin.

I didn’t know at the time like you didn’t know before my post. I’m high iq for figuring it out myself, literally know one has discussed topical sugars and gylcation

JFFFFLLL this fucking stupid foid and normies in general.
NO AMOUNT OF FUCKING SKINCARE PRODUCTS IS GOING TO FIX ACNE
Acne can only be fixed through diet or just waiting for hormonal acne to fade

how’s your diet
I could improve my diet for sure. It's hard to change diet as a broke teen that eats whatever my parents make for the day

I live with my parents as well, idk for you but for mea good diet Isn’t that hard, if my parents get food that isnt suitable for my standards, I simply don’t eat and then leanmax more in the process
