so both Ryan Gossling and Wenthworth Miller are downgrown, but why is that ryan gosslings side profile seems way flatter and underdeveloped compared to miller's? why is it that sometimes being downgrown has no impact on Face but sometimes it completely fucks the side profile

what surgery can be done to make ryan's side profile close to miller's
maybe MSE before Lefort + ccw + midface fillers + Cheekbone implants?

More balanced thirds and Miller has a longer mandible

also helps that Miller's nose & forehead are more proportionate. Gosling's nose protrudes a lot

Over for maxillacels, so in ryans case theres nothing that can be done except for lefort 3?

Because the movement with a Le Fort I is limited, it may not be able to fully correct a flat side profile.
