High set brows

Will I still have high set brows after implants and fat grafting. If so, is there a way to surgically lower them? I heard online it’s not possible because it’s nowhere where for the brow to go but I feel like there is somewhere for it to go if you get implants and fat grafts.

ask @SteveRogers he's quite the expert on lowering brows i believe.
He did a bunch of research a while back and found out about a ligament and how you can do some magic with it and get lower set brows or something along the lines of that.

Implants for this are questionable and easy to botch.

Botox with a good plastic surgeon is your best bet. If they have knowledge of lifting techniques they might be able to suggest something better but there’s nothing I’ve come across
