Good food is essential for all facets in life. If it is looks, work , energy , power. In everything. This is very underrated in the society nowadays.
Here some tips.
Manage your macro's , good distribution
Variation
Enough vitamines and minerales
Much water
Eat fuckin natural stuff, fuck chemical things like processed foods or something. People are not build for that kind of shit.
Diet high in fiber
Eat grass fed if you eat meat. Regular meat is fed by soy. Soy lowers testosterone.
Avoid soy itselves and other estrogen like foods of course
Avoid too much alcohol / drugs of course
This is very fkn underrated. Go work with it.
