Rock climbing is a really good and fun activity to really get shredded if your into that kinda thing
Bouldering is also just extremely fun

Did some biceps last night, my veins starting to be visible especially after the pump

I hate back/chest workouts (gonna do triceps + back tonight), I only do 2 variations and it feels like a waste of fucking time
