My back is shredded and pumped now

I liked to take pictures of it to see how the muscles contracted and moved

Rock climbing is a really good and fun activity to really get shredded if your into that kinda thing
Bouldering is also just extremely fun

Did some biceps last night, my veins starting to be visible especially after the pump :soy:

I hate back/chest workouts (gonna do triceps + back tonight), I only do 2 variations and it feels like a waste of fucking time

Try doing low reps to achieve failure if u feel exausted or try longer rest time

I get you

Yeah might have to increase the weight and do 6-8 reps
