With COVID around, I'm sure most of you are stuck indoors.

What kind of exercises do you do to prevent forward neck posture/humpback and double chin?

Any merit in facial yoga to reduce inflammation?

stand in a wall and make sure your head shoulders ass and feet allign with wall.

Yep.

One of the best exercises I've found on that was YWLT exercise.
