Religions, tribalism, political ideologies and classes divide and lead to countless conflicts throughout human history. Not to mention that territories and resources also one of the main reasons why humans go to wars too.
Ideally, we shall be united under one flag, one currency, one nation, one religion and one political ideology. All the resources are evenly distributed but people should work to earn them. The governance system shall be a mixture of decentralized and centralized system. Decentralized to delegate tasks to smaller governing bodies. Centralized when it's needed to concentrate resources to solve a specific crisis or a challenge.
