How am I supposed to lose weight after eating this much an hour before bed?

Fs but here it goes:

- 3 slices of takeway pizza
- 1 quarter pounder burger with cheese
- 2 medium fries
- 3 hot wings



Macros:

280g carbs, 110g protein surprisingly. But 80g fat which sucks


How do I recover from this?? I think the cardio I did today was useless when I burned 400 calories but gained all that weight back… Is it over if I am shredding by summer? Or should I just relax and sort it out easily?

Why do cardio? Just eat less if you want to lose weight

I do high protein, low carb it gets to the point where I think lifting in general makes you lose more weight than cardio. Also too much cardio makes you lose lean gains so I do it like once or two times a week

Wish I could give you better advice but I have always had super high metabolism so I can't really relate, maybe tag some fat users.

Find out how much calories you burn. Eat 200-300 calories less than that, drink lots of water, exercise. Fast 1-2 days per week max

If you get the urge to eat drink alot of water works for me most of the time.
I cannot go to sleep without waking up in the middle of the night for 2-3 glasses of water
