How are people struggling to bench 100kg?

Is your form already ideal, e.g bar as low as possible in your hand to try and have it directly over the forearm rather than bending the wrist back (feels a bit like a suicidal grip but it works) No jerky movements or forced reps.

BPC, TB and GH are all worth a try, I’ve had good results on tendinitis issues with BPC. My issues tend to be on pull movements now because my finger strength is too low to take the force.
I will try that when i barbell bench again. I’ve been using dumbbells since it’s easier on my wrists.

I also have very high fatigue. I.e can’t do many sets. Not sure what the cause of it is because I didn’t have it before. Might be some internal issues going on

I have extremely high fatigue too. I do wonder if it’s a long-COVID thing. Wasn’t always like this.

For example if I do pull ups to failure with 3 minute rest it will be like 15-12-8-6-5 in 5 sets

Yes it could be. It’s very strange because I used to have such high energy before. I feel like I’ve been poisoned

You’re 100kgs at 30% bf. That’s around 80-85kgs of pure muscle unless you’re a framelet.
Your 1RM is around 125kgs, there’s a calculator for that
And fat doesn’t help with strength but it helps with leverage, making it easier to lift since your range of motion is reduced.

not all my weight is “muscle” a lot of is is bone density and fat so I mean if I was below 28% body fat I’d probably have around 88KG muscle ? Maybe 85? So from that perspective it makes sense

Peptides SS-31 and MOTS-C for mitochondrial tune up may help.

I’m going to be injecting basically everything on the market that promises some useful effect in the next 18 months just to see if anything works.

I literally got diagnosed with it, forgot the name of the condition well it isn’t a condition due to mine not meeting the threashhold but it’s something I had to get checked out years ago and the drs prescribed shit. but my bone is literally denser in material than the avg person :lul: my mum has the same condition and is still lean so it may be a hereditary mutation

It angers me to no end seeing fat fucks saying “I’m heavy boned” no your just a fat fuck. I am actually heavy boned, I also have high body fat as well but I’ll always weight an extra 3-5kg more than usual regardless of my size 🤷‍♂️ if you think I’m lying look it up google is your Freind

Chadmode ngl very strong for a teenager if that was your first try. On my first I only Got 95 and needed a spotter ngl. And I was 18
No I had to train for 4 years prior I was an emaciated 12 year old

We are the same I did the same thing when I first joined. I don’t get why fitness influencers make out like it’s a big deal, I have seen guys that are 2 years in saying “finally hit 225” now unless your 165lbs or like 170lbs This is ridiculous

Hamza told me start training so I started my pills journey

Its impossible to know ,as Im only aware of one timeline , I started of with calisthenics so I wouldnt Imagine so ,but my genetcs are natrually tall,But I feel like just from that loose feeling of a growth spurt I had them more when I wasnt training .But looking at research paper Im preety sure the raise GH is temporary

Lifting heavy weights really hurts, personally i can barely lift the bar
Theres no reason to stress yourself with man made weights

calisthenics is better
