Planned 4.4 mm of maxilla advancement. Few degrees of ccw rotation, about 2 mm impaction. Opening up Ramus on left side to make symmetrical. Jaw implant with 5mm lengthening to increase gonial length and decrease gonial angle. Chin reduction 3mm. Also am getting infraorbital malar implanta with about 7 mm projection forwards.
