Because most clinics in Turkey dont use microscopes, and you'll end up with double/triple hair grafts in ur hairline looking like this.

Hence why it's so cheap in Turkey. Do your research well before going for a HT.

Dr Zarev, Hattingen, Bisanga are probably the best hair surgeons in Europe, but it'll cost you triple the amount compared to Turkey, at least.
