ive been going to the gym for 1 month how sub human is the physique and is there any potential or nah. also idk how to flex or do good positions so this is the best i have

i went on glp 1 so it took all the muscle i had working on rebuilding it

stay on your glp and lose more till 10%, you could throw in dnp to speed it up or if youre willing do tren
glp sped up my balding so ive been weening off, should i stay on regardless of that? and i should stay with gym while on glp too right?

its bad but itll obviously look bad in the first month. just be consistent thats all it takes

never heard of glp induced balding but i would stay on and add oral minox; keep lifting aswell

you will notice change in the first 3 months. i dont like to be muscular just lean so ill hit the gym 2-3x/week with high intensity low volume.

getting 10k steps in a day is going to be very beneficial and i stay lean just by doing that if i dont want to workout

due to rapid weight loss. currently on topical minox + topical fin to combat it. the hairloss from the weight loss will come back over the next year but still have genetic balding but ig itll be better. ill keep lifting thanks

alr thanks. i usually get 7k-8k due to laziness from summer break but ill make sure to increase it

thats still good, just keep it somewhat high and i wouldnt do any running.

why no running? i do track somewhat competitively and running is where most of my steps come from . not really tryna stop

well its not really optimal for health but thats another discussion.

running will obviously make you starving afterwards. and most people will just eat away what they have burned.

when you walk, you dont really get as hungry. and you will eat less and actually be in a defficit

my appetite is already small due to glp 1 so i dont really have to worry abt starving.

count calories and you could lowk just run 300 test
idk if test is safe not tryna be a bitch i js have other health complications dont know if i should take

test is basically like melatonin, i wasnt being that serious about the test only once you get lean i would look into roids
