How much do u overdose most of them time what u would call "overdose " isnt even an actual overdose and btw these potassium capsules are a major cope yes they help but if u take 800 mg potassium most of the capsule is Filler and its more like 80 sure if u cant eat 2 bananas a day do capsules i tried the capsules and i got way better results from just eating bananas
