So basically i lifted heavy weights from age 17-21. I would lift very heavy 6 even 7 days a week training to absolute failure and torturing my body like a moron

I would also run and not eat much and felt horrible and walk many miles a day to lose weight

Looking back i aged and now have under eye wrinkles and i regret doing this so badly

will my body recover? did i age my face horribly or something

brodie saw a tiktok saying weight lifting ages you and got scared shitless :lul:
relax retard, going to the gym on the regular helps your body and in fact keeps it in better condition in the long run, so quite the opposite. Running and not eating part is much worse but nothing to worry about, results would be visible back then from lack of rest and malnutrition (eyebags, dark circles shit skin) etc...., not now that you recovered and living like a normal human being.

now give me solution >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

But to go to the gym 6 - 7 times a weak and do heavy weight lifting is not how it should be.
He starvemaxxed aswell.

it's mostly reversible temporary signs of aging, he mostly fucked himself with that starving and running dumb shit, not the gym itself.

You didn't permanently age yourself.
You just overtrained and underate, which likely made your face look tired and depleted.
Once you start eating enough, training smarter, sleeping well, and reducing stress, your body and skin will recover over time.
You'll look and feel a lot better within a few months.

6 - 7 times to exhaustion is also overdone though.

yes it is, but it won't make you age like he explained, it's genetics as someone wrote under the thread.

It’s not because of the gym

nah bro, you didn’t "permanently age" yourself, you just ran your body into the ground for a few years, that’s stress, not irreversible aging. training heavy every day + low food + constant fatigue wrecks your cortisol, thyroid, and collagen turnover, which can make your skin look older temporarily (eye bags, dryness, loss of fullness). once you fix your recovery and hormones, most of that reverses.

start sleeping properly (8+ hrs), eat at maintenance or slight surplus with enough fats, and chill on training intensity for a while, 4-5 days a week max, no failure every set. if you want to speed up facial recovery, collagen peptides + vitamin C + adequate protein (1g/lb) actually help a bit.

and yeah, if you were super lean or chronically depleted, your face probably "deflated" a bit once you rehydrate and restore glycogen + fat balance, you’ll look younger again. give it a few months of proper rest and nutrition, your skin will bounce back way more than you think.
