How big of an anti-androgen is minoxidil and how big of an affect will it have on collagen? (For beardmaxxing)

My skin looks like shit now and I'm wondering if it's due to minoxidil. I'm also wondering how significant the anti-androgen properties of Minox are? I'm Testmaxxing right now (16 yo) and I would hate it if my face didn't reach for potential due to minox.
