U should mesur ur neck,Waist circumference,
Then input these value on US Body fat calculator.
ask someone who has over a decade of experience in bodybuilding alternatively mma to estimate your BF by looking at you.

navier stokes equation
equation for viscous fluid has nothing to do with body fat and you cannot calculate you BF percentage in any way using the equation???
if you believe it is possible please do so in an abstract example to prove your thesis.

im such an idiot sorry, i got confused with my physics exam lol, im talking abt the us navy formula:
For males:

BF\% = 86.010 \times \log(\text{abdomen} - \text{neck}) - 70.041 \times \log(\text{height}) + 36.76

For females:

BF\% = 163.205 \times \log(\text{waist} + \text{hip} - \text{neck}) - 97.684 \times \log(\text{height}) - 78.387

Logarithm is base 10.

error margin of around 5%.
didnt i say to estimate?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

why are you calculating your BF if you don't care about a 5% error margin? you could ask a homeless person with down syndrome on the street to do that for you
