How can I do/have both of these at once?? (acne/workout)

About 3 weeks ago I started waking up at 6 and going on the treadmill for 20 mins to burn ~300 cals before I ate anything. This made my face look more defined by the end but I stopped this morning because it gave me some acne (my skin was clear before).

Everyday when I finished the workout (i started sweating at about 100cals/8 mins in because it’s in my garage), Id remove my contacts, wash my face with a Native cleanser, then shower. But I still got acne. How tf do I fix this??

what do you eat?
 
maybe its the nuts, some people have breakouts after eating nuts because of the high polyunsaturated fats and monosaturated
