How can I ensure bone growth during puberty?

I am currently wondering how to improve my bone density and maximise hormones like igf-1 and testosterone while I’m in puberty.
 
eat properly like alot of beef and other fats like milk and butter
 
maybe by pinning more hormones:feelswah:
I am quite young and take place in a lot of sports so I am not gonna take p.e.d.s, I am currently looking into ‘sub periosteal hematoma ossification’ and ‘hematoma ossification’ which is a fairly new thing and other things along the line of igf-1 signalling which is probably cope but at the moment I am not taking hormones like high or test. In a year or two I will probably start pinning.

then wait 2 years ur missing out for massive gains ur loss
