Debloating won't do much for you lol.

Recessed Maxilla and Mandible, nose looks cooked prolly cause of ur maxilla recession. Can't see ur NTMWR from the side but it looks questionable.

Should go to the orthodontist asap

Surgery, DIY filler, Aqualyx (Since you're talking about debloating). BS too though it's debated + You look young so androgens could help.
