I do decline sit ups is that enough? What exercises?

Probably yes but you have to be an unemployed tik toker that has his own chef and can rot at the gym everyday whenever he wants

He has very well developed quads and calves, indicative of someone who can shag heavy.

For abs do ab crunch machine, decline weighted sit ups (add a 25 pound plate and increase weight slowly) and just train abs 4-5x a week, they can recover.

I’m not an expert on legs but I’d recommend lower reps moderate weight squats and then add machine work as well

Depends of you genetics. If you live the looksmaxx lifestyle, you can. Gym 4 times a week, gain muscle, sleep well, eat clean, ... This will not only get you a better body, but also better skin, teeth, etc.
