gimme some advices im 15 bhai
Ok

1. Don't do HGH, absolute waste of money. You may grow like 1-3cm taller, no bone shit at all.

2. The obvious: eat a whole food diet with good protein, calcium, K2, D3, Magnesium, etc., get 8-9 hours sleep nightly, use mechanical stimulus as much as you can (don't overdo it or ego lift).

3. If you can afford it, romo + abaloparatide is a good choice. It will only work, though, when paired with local mechanical stimulus. This means chewing hard foods for the jaw, and localised vibrations (with a vibrator between 30-90Hz) can actually work really well for mimicing mechanical stimulus on areas where it is very difficult to induce it.

4. Genetics.

5. Maxxing RUNX2 genes. Basically, find your own desired way to max out these pathways: BMP signalling, FGF/FGFR/MAPK Pathway,
Wnt signalling, Hedgehog Signaling, CK2/HAUSP Pathway, PTH/PTHrP Signaling. Also max out MSX1 gene which basically does pattersn and how the "blueprint" looks like, and FGFR2 genes which do the sutural development. These are very important and you likely already activate them with ur daily routine, but it is worth checking out, I picked up a few things from it to do, but they must be done ASAP and will work best in your baby years obviously, but will be worthwhile maxxing out through 18 or so, so u and I got time.

6. Obviously Orthodontic work if u have a narrow palate or wahtnot, these are the best ways to fix them. They are pricey, but luckily for me the NHS covers it if they think you need it :p

7. low cortisol. Do whatever you can to lower cortisol.

8. Max out natural GH and IGF-1 levels. It is easy, and the natural spikes of GH production are upon waking and in sleep, especially the first 90 minutes of it.

That's all I can think of buddy, there is def more to say but I am sleepy rn
