I’m 14 and around 5’3.5–5’4. My mom is 5’0, my dad is 5’8 so I know genetics play a big role. I’m just trying to maximize my height naturally while I’m still growing. What habits actually help, like sleep, food, posture, sports, or anything else? Also, is there any way to know if I still have a lot of growth left besides just guessing? I’m not trying to do anything unsafe, just want realistic advice.
