How can I improve my submental area?

My bones are probably not strong enough, I have a double chin when looking down.

There are couple of things and it depends

If it is fat skin >Lipo

Overbite, backward jaw or chin>genio or BSSO.
Bite is fine? Check for double jaw.
Both jaws are fine and no fat?>You have a baby tier jaw, >jaw implants.
