my clavicles are slightly above average width, and my delts are okay. my lats are decently prominent from the front/back and i think the top half of my body is fine as it is in terms of width. however, i feel like my waist is a little wide and i was wondering if there's any way to make it slimmer from the front. for reference i'm roughly 14-15% bf

morning stomach vacuums. many bodybuilders such as Frank Zane did them.

Mainly genetic, if you are overweight just lose fat. But furthermore to create an illusion of ur waist looking smaller, train lats and shoulders (side delts) much more frequently. Giving 48hrs rest on these muscles though.
