how can i realistically lose weight without stunting my growth

I'm 14, around 175 pounds and im 5'10 / 5'11. I want to lean out without taking anything like peptides and without stunting my growth. my diet consists of mostly eggs, red meat, chicken, rice, and fruit. I don't necessarily want to lean out for immediate aesthetic but rather to be able to properly judge my face.

Bro you don’t need peptides and stuff to lean out just work hard at the gym
