I’ve always sleeped without waking up but this last weeks I’ve been finding it more difficult to fall asleep fast+I’m waking up in the middle of the night

This wouldn’t be so bad if I could sleep more, I come from practice at 9:45pm and go to bed at 10:45, and gotta wake up at 7:10am). So I’m starting to sleep less than 8 hours because I just can’t fall asleep.

Any tips or reasons for why this might be happening?

The possible reason why you haven’t been sleeping well is an increase in your cortisol levels. It could be that something is bothering you or a change in habits causing your stress levels to increase. I would advise to increase your magnesium supplementation, better if before bed to help you relax more. You may also intake ashwagandha to help lower your cortisol levels. But having a good diet and managing your stress plays a big role in your sleep quality.
