Did you take fin or any other 5-ar inhibitor?

If not, just get your DHT checked. Then you can see from there what you can do.

It's not only about 5 ar inhibitors. There are more factors that could cause loss of AR's or loss of sensitivity so I want to do both.
 
Sensitivity would be a harder one and I have never come across any evidence of increasing the sensitivity of any type of receptor in the body.
There is evidence, however, for testosterone (potentially other androgens as well) up-regulating, that is increasing the expression, of AR.

why did reading make me immediately want to stop fapping forever

Our biology seems to be K selected rather than R selected and puts a stress and drain on our body and its resources.

Funny enough many cultures and religions preach the dangers of masturbation. Onan of the Bible and Brahmacharya from Hinduism being the most prominent examples. Another "secret of the ancients" uncovered by science and Internet autists? Maybe

Can help a small amount honestly, 19 is pretty late, but you can still gain dimorphism til 25, even later more of a rough look if you have bones otherwise you just age.

If you want to know for sure check growth plates and hope on HGH

androgens do effect height potential along with HGH during puberty a bit
