How can I use steroids to get muscular while minimizing side effects as much as possible?

Chin Ups: 4 reps
Barbell Curls: 60 lb for 7 reps (biceps still as small as when I could only do 10 lbs)
Tricep Extensions: 20 lbs for 10 reps (did this one only a few times)
Overhead Press 1RM: 92.5 lb (shoulders same size as when I could only do a third of that)
Bench Press 1RM: 122.5 lb (chest same size as when I could only do a fourth of that)
Pendlay Row 1RM: 135 lb (back has never gotten bigger)
Squat 1RM: 165 lb (legs are the same size as when I couldn't do the bar)
Deadlift 1RM: 225 lb (legs are the same size as when I could only do 100 lbs.

Conclusion: Poverty genetics (thank you mom and dad)
I am sorry but with those numbers you can't expect any muscle gain. They are probably just the result of neuro adaptations, hence your legs etc didnt't grow.
I fell for the same 5x5 meme and looked only marginally better. Then I switched to a plan with more accessory lifts. More volume. Doing my compounds but then going to failure with the accessories. I wasn't able to just add weight every session. I just did double progression, adding reps until I could add weight. That's what made the difference for me. You simply tapped out your neuro adaptations, i.e esrly novice phase is over and you need a programm that focuses on building muscle instead of trying to get the existing muscle (little to begin with) stronger. This also doesn't require the amount of calories that SS, 5x5, 3x5 etc preach and allows you to sort of slow bulk.

I'd say you train like a woman and don't eat enough, so probably not ready for roids.
Nevertheless you can do an 8 week cycle of testosterone only, for example. Start at 250mg/week, inject subq everyday and keep an AI at hand, you can frontload and increase dosage 50mg each week until you start experiencing estrogen issues, stop increasing dosage, then you found your sweet spot for testosterone that you can use in future cycles in combination with other compounds.
Use finasteride and RU for hair while on cycle.

Seriously no one on earth has that bad of genes.

It's 100 percent training and diet issues. In 4 years you should have a decent body, enough to halo you.

Roiding will just increase his issues

It's exactly what I've been saying too. After 4 years, even if you're a jerkoff, you should be doing 100kg bench like nobodies business. That's regardless of genetics, only exceptions are syndromes where you're fucked bone/tissue wise, which is not the case for op. Like for example marfan syndrome.

Either u had shit diet or u were lifting once every 6 months Jfl.

I know that a few people told me to do it in my rating thread back in August, but I wasn't ready to accept the truth back then:

Now I understand that there is a reason why I am still skinny fat, weak and at the same weight after years of weightlifting experience, I should already be gymmaxxed by now but because of my low total testosterone levels of 533 ng/dl, and my bad genetics, I remain stuck with 11 inch arms and a 14.5 inch neck at a height of 6 foot 4 and an age of 22. It is extremely awkward and embarassing to still have the body of child as an adult.

Not only that, but I feel less masculine also and less dominant and I always have very low energy levels and this pisses me off because no matter how hard I train, I still look and feel like lazy guy who has never touched a weight in his life.

I've seen videos on youtube by Greg Doucette about how to do a steroid cycle and how to maintain your gains post cycle and I was wondering if your advice will be similar to his or better and how I can be sure that I am making the best cycle possible to maximize results while minimizing side effects, I don't want to make it worse but I really need this, I don't think I can ever get an aesthetic muscular body as a natural. While with steroids, according to Greg Doucette, you can get the equivalent of 5 years of natural training in a 12 week cycle.

That 12 week cycle alone would be enough to make me able to get laid on Tinder, I'd still do more cycles though to become even bigger of course but I absolutely need that shortcut, I don't want to waste more time. Also, where is the best place to buy the drugs? Some people say to buy it from guys at the gym but others say that it is too risky to do that and you need to get the drugs from a doctor however I don't know where I would find such a doctor who isn't going to say no, just getting my testosterone blood test was already very difficult on its own since my doctor didn't want to do it at first.

Also, I apologize for all the times I said wrong things about fitness and steroids, I was just repeating things that I read online like a parrot, I didn't actually know what I was saying and I know that now. If I had realized this 4 years ago when I started, I'm sure that I wouldn't be a kissless virgin at 22.

No it's not, I tried bro splits in the beginning, then I used push pull legs, that didn't do anything, then I used 5x5, that didn't work so I switched to 3x5, then I got stuck again, now I'm on upper lower. I'm not saying that I'd never make gains as a natural, but I'd stay very small and the gains would be extremely slow. Also, in the beginning I didn't eat enough, then i ate a perfect diet and bulked and only got fatter not stronger.

My genetics suck. Natty training only works when your genetics are already great.

Testosterone levels are not the reason for any of this apart from maybe slight reduction in mood and energy levels, just genetics although at 6’4 you probably should roid ngl.

Classic newbie cycle is 500mg Test E or per week for 12 week split into 2x250mg times a week (monday and thursday are injection days), with 12.5mg aromasin eod although AIs can be tricky to dose so maybe that will require some adjustment

did you get your estrogen tested too?

The Jason Blaha got me, he probably is.
No, for a long time I actually believed Blaha even though I knew about his lies because he gives better advice than stronglifts, kinobody, alphadestiny, Greg Doucette and many of the other popular fitness youtubers. However, I found a channel that is far better than Blaha's because the guy has similar genetics as me but he has been training for 10 years, I only plan to train natty until I finish the novice phase though (when I cant make fast linear gains anymore).

I am not a troll, my thread is legit, otherwise I would not have used the "serious" flair in my title.

Yeah, low volume was one of my biggest mistakes, I have only fixed it recently. I wont take steroids until I finish my linear gains and I will only use steroids if I still dont look good after getting my linear gains.

I know that I mentioned unrealistic standards earlier but it is just my dream physique, just because I dream to look like that doesnt mean I need to. All I want is a physique that is good enough to make me slay easily in online dating and in real life too, once I reach that level, even if I dont have my dream physique by that point, I'll be satisfied and focused mainly on having sex with as many women as possible. That is my true goal.

Just to be clear... can you state how many calories you're eating exactly a day? Do you calorie count to be sure?

500mg test, fix your diet and sleep

Yes, I consume around 3250 calories every day, when I consume 3500 calories I gain 1lb per week, when I consume 3000 calories I maintain my weight. Since I am skinny, I'm better off lean/slow bulking than recomping. I use the cronometer app to calculate my calories, protein, fats, carbs, fiber, vitamins and minerals. When I last did it consistently it worked well.

I just got my home gym recently so I havent had much time to make a ton of progress lately but in 1 month and in 2 months I can show the progress that I made. I also plan on filming my workouts, I have a 4k camera and a tripod so I can film everything easily.

Tbh given your weight, 3500 cal is actually optimal. I am the same height as you an bulked at 4k cal natural. 1lbs a week is optimal at your current size ngl.

That is true, I would definitely break through plateaus if I did that. I have seen that it is all about body fat percentage, its difficult to build muscle at a low body fat which is why skinny guys need to bulk but fat guys don't. It is easier to make gains at 15% body fat than at 10% body fat but after 20% it only brings diminishing returns and health problems.

So, back right before the quarantine, my goal was to bulk for 1 lb per week until I reach 200 lbs, that would be 30 weeks so 7 months and a half, then I can just maintain that weight and recomp and I will never have recovery issues again.

But one thing that I do wonder about is if steroids make you burn more calories since that would mean that the caloric intake would have to be higher too so when I will do my first cycle, I wonder at what rate I will need to gain muscle.

When you recommend 1lb per week, do you mean for my first cycle or for while I am a natural lifter? Also, eating will definitely not be a problem for me, and I have 24/7 access to the gym since it is in my garage. And, I think that with my high volume program, you are right a higher caloric intake will not make me fat.

Great choice of youtuber to watch. also more plates more dates is good and Eric bugenhagen is good to watch.
Your 6'4 with 11inch arms I am 6'3 and my arms were 14inch before working out so your genetics are not the best but I think gear can benefit you a lot please don't think you will become a 9/10 after gear tho. Even when your on gear you STILL have to work your ass off at the gym if you want to see nice results and it will STILL take time shit wont happen tomorrow and since your tall and your muscle bellies are longer it will take even more time to get big and look big.
Roidmaxing has a lot of benefits not only for a great physique. When your on gear testosterone specifically you will have tons of energy you will feel dominate you will feel like you can do anything these mental changes happened to me atleast.
As for getting tinder slays having a nice physique will guarantee you some slays. I might make a tinder guide post for normie level guys who roid its so easy to slay on tinder.
With all that being said make sure to understand the side effects the negative ones because if you are likely to get sides you will legit do the opposite of what your trying to complete.
I wish I could tell you my sources but y'know... but If you get your T levels checked out and they are low im sure the right doctor will prescribe you testosterone. I hope you reach your goals.

P.S a 12 week cycle is not equivalent to 5 years of training lol maybe with Mr. olympia winning top 0.01% genetics. Gear isn't a magic pill it just helps a lot.

Actually on the same amount of calories I was eating natural, I gained a lot of weight - like 20 lbs on roids. I hadn't reached my natty limit mind you tho. I would eat the 3500cal natty or on gear tbh. When on roids you'll likely gain more than 1lbs /week on that amount of calories if you gain 1lbs on that natty - unless you're a very poor responder. I'd play around with the calories until you feel good and are gaining well tbh. Start with 3500 cal and adjust up or down dependant on your gains and what you want to achieve.

Building muscle naturally is not that difficult, and doesnt require steroids.

A guy with average genetics can achieve a lean FFMI of 23 naturally, after 5 years of solid consistent training and nutrition

So either OP has poverty genetics or is doing something majorly wrong.

Like I said in an earlier post on the thread, it's because I wasn't being consistent, I was constantly delaying workouts whenever I didn't feel 100% due to lack of sleep or whenever I felt depressed, and I had trouble forcing myself to go to the gym. In other words, I was lazy.

Since a few weeks ago, I have my home gym, so it is much easier to stay consistent with my training. I also used bad programs for a long time, I started with bro splits, then push pull legs, then kinobody's minimalist programs, then full body 5x5, then full body 3x5, but none of those were the most optimal although they worked for a bit.

Now I use an 5 day upper lower (3x upper, 2x lower), which is almost like full body but the upper and lower body are trained on different days, this allows me to use much more volume without having recovery issues, I can do higher reps with less weight to gain muscle and also lower reps with more weight to gain strength, I do both to be more efficient, each workout is different but very similar, there is exercise rotation in the sense that I don't always put focus on the same exercises. I do chin ups very frequently each week now because I am very weak at that lift and I know that it is the most important lift to get a V taper physique.

If 4 years ago, I knew what I know now and if I had gotten the same home gym back then, I would be so much stronger and more muscular today. I know why my body hasn't changed much in the past 4 years, it's because I have gained very little strength because I only made good progress on full body programs which I didn't start doing until 2018, in 2019 I didn't train and in 2020 I started training at the very beginning of the year but the quarantine forced me to stop, if that hadn't happened I would be much stronger now, even though I was running a low volume full body program meant for novices.

Now though, my program will work for all levels (forever) and it builds cardiovascular endurance, but it is going to be very difficult in the beginning because I am not used to doing high rep sets, even with lower weight, I use a 1RM calculator to start by converting my 5 rep sets to higher rep sets to know which weight to use and it works most of the time.

I can predict that I will have a decent physique in 1 year at most and I will look like I lift, by that point I should have either Brad Pitt's Fight Club physique or Cam Gigande's physique in Never Back Down or better, depending on my genetics. That should be enough to do well on Tinder but I won't look massive in public, for that I'll need at least another 1-2 years of training, then I'll barely make any gains. I know that some guys take 10 years to reach that point but it's because they are not training efficiently. When you focus only on the most important exercises (main compound movements, the bicep curls and the tricep extensions), it's impossible to not gain strength very quickly if every bodybuilding variable is taken into account (form, sleep, programming, nutrition, endurance training, progressive overload, consistency).

Most important part of this long post: (skip to here if it's too long)

The main reason why even with the best knowledge about a topic I can fuck up so much is because I have ADHD which makes me procrastinate and makes it easy for me to be distracted or to write long essays instead of doing what should matter to me the most (training, studying, working, practicing guitar, trying to looksmax more than my body).

I don't like to use it as an excuse though even if it is a mental disability. A lot of people here think I am autistic but in reality I am not really, I'm just really distracted and have trouble focusing on one task for a long time, this is why I am a kissless virgin at 22, because instead of going out and making friends and meeting women, I just did LDAR for years in front of youtube, tv shows and reddit, and until 2019, I couldn't keep a job for longer than 1 month and I hated my life, I was pathetic.

And it's not like I had nothing to do during the summer, there were plenty of events that I could have gone to to meet new people and have fun but I was too lazy to do that. I'm not really an incel, autistic or introverted, I am a lazy extrovert. I like to talk a lot but instead of doing it IRL, I do it online, I tried forcing myself to change this year, I thought 2020 would be my year but then covid19 happened.

In 2019, I managed to keep my job for 9 months, until I got fired for coming in to work late too many times (they let me be late for many months in a row). I didn't get references of course but at least I have the skills and I'll use those skills (like driving a forklift and loading vans) to get easy jobs that pay around 20$/hour (my salary before I was fired), and with that I'll build good enough savings to make long term investments in companies like Amazon and have some savings to travel to southeast asia and many other places in the world.

So now I will just gymmax, work on my college studies and get a job to be as productive as possible and make money to travel and start enjoying life for real when covid19 will be over. In the future, I'll post monthly updates with some video clips of my progress both in physique and strength but I'll try to force myself to write less essays and spend more time on my goals.

What has helped me the most to become more productive is to take my ADHD medication and to use a higher dose
, I have noticed that with no medication, I can't do anything at all and can't function in society and if I have a low dose I feel able to do it but I still have to force myself and it's hell, but with an higher dose, I become a lot more productive and it becomes easy to get things done, but the mental disorder that I have will always be there for my entire life, even when I use medication I still need to force myself to get started but then it becomes almost effortless.

The reason why I write essays is because I have so many things to get off my chest and instead of limiting myself to 1 talking point I try to say everything and explain the entire story or give all the information I have about a topic to convince or make people understand, however, for people who hate to read long posts, it usually pisses them off, so I try to limit that, not the number of words but the number of essays to reach more people faster. By the way, most essays describe chunks of my life story, if you put them together, you get the story of my life and most of my opinions.

Like I said in an earlier post on the thread, it's because I wasn't being consistent, I was constantly delaying workouts whenever I didn't feel 100% due to lack of sleep or whenever I felt depressed, and I had trouble forcing myself to go to the gym. In other words, I was lazy.

I meant that I just described all the reasons why I didn't make any noticeable gains since I started lifting.
To summarize, I know what I need to do, and even with the knowledge that I had in 2018, I could have made great progress but I was lazy.
Now I know more than ever before and I know everything I needed to know to get the best gains of my life in only 2-3 years.
As long as I am not lazy and stay fully consistent for the next 2-3 years, I will succeed.

And to show how committed I am, I can do updates, with video clips of lifts and photos of my physique every month to show my progress.

Lean with no muscle?????

Brad pitt workout routine Feature 1

So you're telling me you don't see the huge biceps, the chest, the v shaped waist and the six pack abs? You think a skinny guy like me with 12 inch arms is going to look like that when ripped? You are the confused one.

Cam Gigande's physique doesn't take years to build, it's very similar to Brad Pitt's physique in Fight Club.

The only difference is that his chest is bigger and his biceps are a bit bigger. It's like he just did bench press, bicep curls and overhead press for 1 year, because those are his only big muscles. He has no triceps, no traps, no forearms, and no upper back. And you claim this takes years to build???

NOW WHO IS THE DELUSIONAL ONE ????
