How can skinnycels gain fat?

When your metabolism is so high you cannot build bodyfat besides being in 1k caloric surplus, what can you do and or take?

Consistently eat cubes of raw unsalted cheese throughout the day. Ideally every 30 mins.

Also add raw butter to every meat meal.

Small quantities so it's easier for the body to digest + raw dairy is very high in fats and calorically dense while being very healthy.

It's the only way I gained weight for the first time in my life.

Aajonus Vonderplanitz calls it a "cheese train" you can google it

Raw cheese could just be unsalted parmesan. Do you have that?

But raw milk is great if you have access to it.

If it's raw + unsalted yes. Ideally along with meats.
thats like 2000 caloreis. I got some from the farm but is salted. Is the salt really that bad?

You will still gain weight but that much salt isn't good for you. It's OTT.

there is like 500 calorie difference, apetite is genetic though.

munch on burger king triple whoppers with extra cheese four times a day also drink 3 litres of coke to drown it all down that should be enough to lead to a calorie surplus of over 5k

I can only eat clean. Everything else destroys my gut unfortunately.

Milk is giving me acne even if raw, imma try raw butter but if that gives me acne then im going E.R on my dermatologist, fuck that bitch

according to thermodynamics:
accumlation = in - out + production
accumulation is what you want, so you want to increase the food that goes in, and minimizing what goes out (energy). you dont produce energy.



so eat more energy and use less energy

What other alternatives are there to raw milk? As i don't have access to it but still want some sort of dairy product to increase my height/improve health.

Why would you want to gain fat?
Because Im just skin and bones altough I could be looking good with a lot of muscles but this will take 4 years from now on
