reppedIf you're in a gym which u should be, besides choosing a split, here you wanna focus on doing exercises that will build up that sexy frame, the muscles that we want to target would be : Shoulders ( lateral delts especially ), Abs, Lats, Upper chest & forearms + necks.
So for that you can do :
- Lateral machine raises for side delts
- Inclined machine press for upper chest
- A Narrow grip pulldown + A chest supported row for the lats
- A crunch variation for abs
- A reverse curl for forearms
- Neck curls + extensions for neck.
Note that you should also train all of your body muscles so u won't look like a shitty gay nigga.
For supp, i would suggest getting a vit D + K2, A creatine.
