how can you speak english fluently in this forum?

I know a tiny bit of English, my level is A1

no matter how hard I try to learn it, I just can’t. It’s like a second language refuses to enter my brain. unfortunately, everyone around me speaks it, and I can’t answer them back or open a conversation in English. I just shut my mouth so they won’t think I’m stupid, and I stay silent.

Some accents are and always will be shit at English speaking, no matter your knowledge - like east-asian, slavic, indian..

I'm slavic, i know english basically fluently. But i can't for the life of me speak it out loud.

I believe it eventually comes with practice. If i were to live in the US for a year or two, my accent would become way better. But since i live in poland and have no reason to ever speak english, i have no practice at all.
