How can you tell if you have broad shoulders?

I feel I have broad shoulders but I could also be delusional I was wondering if there is a specific ratio to measure ideal shoulder width

Ya your clavicles should reach full size closer to 25. Their growth plates should close somewhere between 23-30

is this bideltoid width for the average height if so how many cm's would be added per inch of height, for correct proportion to said height??
