How come some people seem like they’re senseless and dumb over text but irl they’re smart and articulate?

Like this bitch from 2019, over text she seemed like a retarded downy with no self awareness and illiterate with 0 emotion but when I talked to her irl she had a lot of sense and was very articulate and animated as if the person texting was a completely different person
