How common is a legit jock chad at the club?

Im talking bare minimum 6'2 height, gymmaxxed and above average (4.5+PSL face) with a decent pheno? how common are sizemogger jockmoggers at the club? loox made an interesting point that you will see 6'4 muscular above avg looking chads throuhgout your life, im wondering of your experiences differ or not

They become more and more common by the day. You will see a lot of guys like this in your lifetime but it is rare to see guys who have PSL features at the club.
