Your mandible grows until you turn 20-21. He had a great eye area, nose, lips, eyebrows, and upper third, and then his jaw grew and shot him up 3-4 points.

Skull develops until early 20s and you can’t know if he had delayed puberty or just started to grow bones at that age. Everyone is different he was just lucky since even before he looked decent, he wasn’t ugly just cutecel
