how do cut/get hollows

So basically i started gooning 5x a day and noticed i was losing hella weight, and lost an extra 5lbs in two weeks… So i upped it to 10x a day and i lost 20lbs in 1 month now i have such good hollows i look like a skeleton… then i went to a king azouly meet and greet and he said quote on quote “you are the sexiest guy ive ever met” amd thats coming from someone who trained with the shoulin monks….now i have max psl like jordan and max appeal like chico and max RIZZ like king azoulay……. any questions ill answer

i tried that method worked but it was almost i had no energy and i had many girls in my life i couldnt stare to them in the eyes even my gf i wouldnt recommend doing that
