im relatively bulky in terms of muscle but none of that seems too translate into strength im still hard stuck on my pre despite the fact im training harder and for 2 hours and I need to lose weight not only to stop being a bloated chug but also for boxing what do I do in terms of getting lean and stronger maximising my muscle to strength ratio (might sound a little retarded but whilst also staying natty) I was a skinny fat 85kg and have kept/lost the fat but my weight has ballooned dispite my bf rate not looking like its changed

Lean and stronger hard to do natty, I would focus on one at a time.

Lean = cut
Stronger = bulk

From the sounds of it brah just cut but make sure you are training hard and keeping high protein so you don't lose strength/muscle.

After my first cut my strength boomed for some reason even without bulking.

If its 2 hours of weight training per session you are doing that sounds like too long, if that's including boxing though its probs fine.

Good luck!

400 calorie deficit with high protein intake 1.2 per kg and track your other macros as well
or just starvemax with high protein foods
protein is the most important for muscle
