How do I build muscle after an aggressive cut?

In January my weight was 92.5 kg and now I’m down to 68 kg and I've obviously gotten weaker and cannot really do high reps with the weights I used to and had to lower it but I want to know what can I do after an aggressive cut to build muscle without gaining as much fat as possible.
 
Eat 500 cals over maintenance. Do a 5 day split with 10-12 reps each muscle. DO FUNCTIONAL workouts so you don't end up in physio in 5 years.

So I should lower my weight to do 10-12 reps and could you tell me what you mean by functional workouts?
