by aesthetics I mean lips, eyebrows, eyes, nose, chin, coloring etc so not bonemass
Btw the last clip is with a skin filter so I don't look like that

Assuming that isn't super frauded, get off the forum bro, maybe you can use minoxidil on the eyelashes/brows, definitely put on muscle, some on your neck, but other than that you look good
