Id say workout, lose weight and take care of the skin, especially the redness and the scars. Look into the treatments for them

how would you recommend to fix the beard, like what styles would you say

I would say to just go for something like the heavy stubble, and shave off the stray hair to keep it clean.

cheek area is 5mm, mustache is 7mm, chin area is 9mm, this is so i can hide a slightly recessed chin what size beard you are recommending for me.
