outside of roids how do I build chest my chest is so shit

Incline dumbbell press incline barbell press push ups dips and get bands to increase chest activation before you do the exercises

I do
4x12 db hammer fly
4x12 close grip press
4x12 db floor press

Yes but just focus mainly on the compound lifts. push ups are a good compound lift but just focus mainly on the exercises I said. And working on your back helps your chest as well

yeah i have a bench but it hast been assembled yet so I ave to settle for exercises that dont involve bench and can be done with two dumb bells

Close grip is too much tricep

1.) Don’t take roids because you’ll get a bigger chest just not the one you want ;)
2.) Do dumbell incline press 7-10 reps 4 sets.
3.) Eat about 0.7-1 gram of protein per lb of body weight

That is all

Seriously though, there's no magic exercise, flat bench and push ups are enough. You just need enough volume, like 3 times a week, 5 sets bench and at least 100 push ups. Then just give it time
