How do I cope with social isolation?

At school there's a room where everyone in my year goes for break and I used to sit in the corner there alone with my back turned and every time I heard a laugh I thought it was someone laughing at my lack of friends. I now hide in the toilet cubicles for hours every day and fortunately my headphones block out the sound of people pissing. I just need to cope until I can immigrate to Asia then I can finally learn social skills for the first time.
