How do I count my daily isotretinoin intake?

My bw is 75 kilo, 5’11, i dont have face acne but on chest and back, I had 2 courses of adapalene and haven’t got rid of acne with that, so now my dermatologist told me to start taking isotretinoin, and yet he havent answered about daily dosing. What do you say?

Start at 10-20 mg a day, 40-50 a day if it's bad, more if it's really bad
