How do I deal with girls from my school?

I'm in vacation currently but I've been having a lot of problems during the school year.

Some of them leave me alone and move out of my way, but theres a few that sometimes make sarcastic comments about me.

My blood turns 90% cortisol at that point. I get so angry I have to pinch myself very hard or go punch myself or a wall to calm down, otherwise I might murder one of these holes.

I'll be fucked if I ever do that and I swear it's getting harder and harder to control my cortisol. Probably why I'm a manlet. The other way around too.

How do you deal with this?
